Nick handles the Entry Condition Reports, Routine Inspections and the Exit Condition Reports. Nick will send a detailed report each time he inspects the premises which is carried out every 16 weeks. When the tenant is due to vacate the premises Nick will carry out the final inspection and report back to you the condition of the premises before he refunds the tenants bond. |
